FEATURED ON: FRENCH WEDDING STYLE

THE STORY
There is nothing comparable to the slower pace of life and atmosphere of the Luberon region in the South of France. Our intimate summer cocktail party took place in the postcard village of Gordes. World-renowned for its cobblestone streets and lovely ancient mansions, we love it for its charm and enchanting views over the valley. We chose Palais St Firmin, whose garden is the perfect setting for an elegant aperitif or family-styled dinner. It features several levels of terraces bordered by olive trees in topiary, lavender and Mediterranean plants.
The table decor complemented the colors of the venue: a palette of warm terracotta, blue, yellow, orange and brown. Mosaic tiles and tints of copper were added into the mix for the Mediterranean touch. Guests enjoyed the hot summer night relaxing and mingling to the sound of an acoustic trio who played a selection of rock, pop, folk and jazz covers. After a colorful finger food menu paired with delicious Champagne and natural wines, everyone gathered around the pool to watch Betty Boop B&W cartoons and a Buster Keaton’s movie, projected on a white screen.
