THE STORY
Monika & William had a church wedding in England before inviting family and friends to join them for an exclusive Provence feast among vineyards and century-old olive groves. They chose to host their summer celebration at fairytale Chateau de Robernier, a luxury venue set just outside the authentic village of Cotignac. Nestled at the foot of a gigantic boulder, the town main square features beautiful fountains and charming restaurant terraces. The pair had a laid-back welcome party at one of them, in the shade of majestic plane trees.
Their classical with a modern twist ceremony, officiated by William’s dad was set on the Chateau’s terrace, overlooking the magnificent gardens. Their florist created an organic arch covered with overgrown twigs and blooms in shades of ivory and pink. After a cocktail hour to the sound of an acoustic duo, the couple and their guests enjoyed an elegant al fresco candlelit dinner in the courtyard, under glowing festoon lights. Their day ended up with cake, dances and signature cocktails. Monika & William wrapped up their wedding weekend with a recovery brunch and a pool party at their venue, with beats from a local DJ, fusion tacos and vino served out of a vintage truck.
